Lauren Sanchez shared difficulties of her relationship with Jeff Bezos who is the billionaire Amazon founder. It is rumored that the couple is now engaged after dating for almost five years.
Sanchez, who is 53 years old, has been dating Bezos, who is 59 years old, since January 2019. She recently gave her first solo interview to WSJ Magazine. During the interview, she shared the truth about their popular relationship.
Sanchez admitted she is open, but dating the entrepreneur has made her adjust how she shares information and secrets.
She finds it difficult. She's talkative and likes to share secrets. However, she has realized that it's not always possible to do so.
Sanchez said it was a good lesson. She used to say things before but no one cared.
The interviewer asked if Sanchez feels burdened about keeping their private life private. They asked if Sanchez ever slipped up and accidentally revealed something.
Sanchez said she often thinks about prioritizing privacy and keeping information to herself.
She said she wants to tell everything and make everyone her friend. But, she learned not to share her location after dating the world's third-richest man. The man has a net worth of $120bn.

Sanchez says her relationship with Bezos gets ridiculous stories in the press. When asked about the craziest story about herself, she says she's not surprised by anything anymore.
Sanchez thought about a story that caught his attention. It said the couple sent a plane to get their forgotten passports.
She said the story was ridiculous.
Sanchez said that they often see wrong reports about their location. They receive messages from family saying they are in New York, but they are not. They have to explain that they are not there.
The pilot of the helicopter said that she keeps some things private. She revealed that people may not know that being a mom is important to her. She doesn't post about it often on social media.
Sanchez has three kids: one son from Gonzalez and two kids from Whitesell. Bezos has four kids from Scott: three sons and one daughter.
"I feel like people know everything about me already. My life is pretty much an open book. But what some people might not realize is how much being a mom means to me. Even though I don't post about it on social media, it's my top priority and most important job."
Sanchez said that people might be surprised to know that Bezos is funny and silly.
Sanchez likes her partner's unique laugh. It makes her happy. In the past, Sanchez found it surprising when she heard Bezos' laugh for the first time.
At first, his laugh surprised me. But now, I love it. If we're at a party and get split up, I just wait for his laugh and find him. He's really happy which inspires me. He's also the most loving person I know. He makes me better every day.
Sanchez said Bezos likes to make pancakes every Sunday with the Betty Crocker cookbook. They also like to spend time together.
Sanchez said they like being together and working together. They work on the book together and fly together. They exercise together too. They spend a lot of time together because they like it.
Sanchez and Whitesell were married for 13 years but then got divorced in October 2019. Meanwhile, Bezos also got divorced from Scott in April 2019 after being married for more than 25 years.
Reports say the couple is in the South of France for the Cannes Film Festival. People claims they got engaged not long ago. While on Bezos' new $500m yacht, Sanchez showed off a diamond engagement ring.
