eSentire recently introduced the AI Investigator, an innovative AI tool that assists eSentire XDR Platform users in enhancing their cyber resilience. This generative AI model has been specifically designed for this purpose and is set to revolutionize the way organizations manage their online security.

According to McKinsey, people can make various types of content using generative AI models, such as audio, code, and text. These models enable users to create distinct and original content about topics such as security.

"Exploring ESentire's AI Investigator Benefits"

eSentire customers are offered "tools for investigation, response, and remediation using natural language interactions" by the AI Investigator, according to the company's statement.

The framework tackles the subsequent use instances of cybersecurity:

Speaking about AI Investigator and its application of security data from his company, Dustin Hillard, the Chief Technology Officer of eSentire, shared his thoughts:

For several years, eSentire has been using a specialized dataset to fuel integrated AI models. However, the development of generative AI has allowed us to transmit the expertise of our top security experts to clients through natural language investigative workflows. Our platform gathers unique, multi-telemetry data that has been annotated by experts, providing actionable insights that offer eSentire customers an edge in safeguarding their companies from sophisticated digital attacks.

The eSentire Insight Portal now offers access to the AI Investigator in a private preview.

ESentire Launches AWS MDR Solution

eSentire made an announcement about the launch of its AI Investigator tool after the introduction of its managed detection and response (MDR) service called MDR for Network on AWS in June 2023. With MDR for Network on AWS, companies can supervise and scrutinize traffic across their networks and applications. If any unethical activity is noticed, the service sends a prompt command to an integrated firewall that cuts off the hazard instantly.

In the past, Exertis, a distributor of technology, included eSentire's security services to their range of products in May 2023. Through this partnership, Exertis can offer these services to their customers and channel partners located in Ireland, the UK, and Europe. This was confirmed by both firms.

More than 2,000 groups situated in 80 different nations employ the MDR services offered by eSentire. Furthermore, the company's e3 ecosystem provides an avenue for MSSPs, MSPs and tech providers to integrate the MDR solutions provided by eSentire.
