"Sui Network Prioritizes Other Option Over Token AirDrop, Disappointing Community"

Cryptocurrency

In contrast to the Aptos Mainnet release, the Sui Network has opted for a distinct method of compensating its community.

- Three of the most renowned exchanges across the globe have come to a consensus to partake in the public sale of the SUI token.

SUI Network (SUI) is a protocol that operates on layer one (L1) and is currently still in the developmental stage. However, it has received a lot of attention from the cryptocurrency community due to its unique approach to Decentralized Finance (DeFi). Many people are eagerly anticipating the chance to acquire SUI tokens and be a part of this innovative project.

Though, some members of the community are not happy with the latest updates. This is because instead of the expected SUI Token AirDrop, the project has opted for a community access plan. Lookonchain reported that Sui Network has put their proposed plan into effect on April 15th.

"Experience Happiness by Advocating and Promoting a Worthy Cause"

One of the individuals who started the program originally stated that they made available a total of 594 million SUI. Unfortunately, this means that individuals who joined the program early on are not able to receive the token incentives they were hoping for. Aptos [APT], which is a significant adversary of Sui, chose to use this approach when they first launched.

The Sui Network has recently announced the launch of their community access program for the $SUI token, which is worth a massive $594M.

Customers have the opportunity to purchase $SUI during the General Sales period for a cost of $0.1.

The purchase of $SUI through the Whitelist Sales is exclusively available to Sui Champions & Supporters, and the cost is set at $0.03. This offer is limited to those who are part of the Sui community, and is a great opportunity to take advantage of. Don't miss out on the chance to join in and gain access to this exclusive purchase option. #SuiNetwork #Sui #Airdrop pic.twitter.com/og07pV0cAI

The blog section of Lookonchain's Twitter account shared an update on April 15, 2023.

From the information provided, individuals who are residents or citizens of the United States cannot participate. However, SUI can be purchased by the general public for $0.1 per unit. Additionally, those identified as "SUI supporters and champions" are given the advantage of acquiring a WhiteList spot and purchasing at a discounted rate of $0.03.

The Sui Network, just like Aptos, was created by people who used to work at Meta. The first round of testing for the network began in November 2022 with Testnet Wave 1, which gained a lot of attention from eager testers. However, the network has made it clear who the major believers and advocates are.

As per the rules of the community access program, Sui pointed out that champions were individuals who acted as moderators and testers and made a valuable contribution to the network.

The group called "supporters" was specifically designated for members of the Discord community who became part of it prior to February 1st, 2023. The project expressed that those who have become champions will be notified with the utmost urgency.

After the Mainnet is reached, this group will obtain a SUI grant. The individuals who receive this grant shall receive communication directly and should expect to have access to their tokens at a later time.

How to Deal with the Frustration of Fluctuating Exchange Rates

On March 29th, the Sui Testnet became permanent. However, some members of the community were unhappy with the distribution plan and had a heated argument with the CPO, Adeniyi Abiodun.

Prior to the release of the final plan, a few individuals who had interactions with Sui authored posts informing their followers on how to prepare for the possible SUI AirDrop. However, the Chief Product Officer at Mysten Labs, the company responsible for the project, wasted no time in dispelling the speculations.

Please refrain from spreading false information. Sui Airdrop is not in existence, nor it will be planned in the future.

On April 9th, 2023, Adeniyi Abiodun #SUI ???? tweeted out a message.

Although the community was unhappy with this news, Abiodun reassured everyone that the Mainnet was not going past the second quarter (Q2). Despite the setback, the crypto community still views Sui as a promising project to keep an eye on.

The L1 blockchain has been created to give assistance to various decentralized applications (dApps). This will allow developers and creators to develop and design.

Customers will have the chance to carry out transactions quickly and with less expense. Currently, Bybit, Kucoin, and OKX exchanges have all verified that they will take part in the token sale on April 23rd.
