Un combat entre milliardaires dans un lieu "antique" de Rome : Elon Musk dévoile les détails de son affronteme
The two men will face off in a fight that will be live-streamed on X (previously known as Twitter) and on Meta.
The CEO of X Elon Musk revealed on his personal account this Friday, August 11th, the location for his showdown against another billionaire, Mark Zuckerberg: Rome.
The battle will be overseen by the foundations belonging to myself and Zuck (instead of UFC).
The live broadcast will be available on this platform and Meta. The entire view captured by the camera will depict ancient Rome, eliminating any trace of modern elements.
I had a conversation with the Prime Minister of Italy and the Minister of Culture. They have reached a consensus on a magnificent site.
"I will be managing the fight alongside Zuck's foundation (not the UFC - the top MMA franchise, note). The live broadcast will take place on this platform [X] and Meta," he emphasized.
A Battle At The Coliseum?
He also stated that he had spoken with the Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and the Italian Minister of Culture Gennaro Sangiuliano, who he claims have agreed to the idea of an "old" and "ancient" location. The Italian sports media Tutto Sport mentions the Colosseum, but this information has not been confirmed by Italian authorities.
According to the American billionaire, "everything will be done with respect for Italy's past and present" and "all proceeds will go to the veterans."
According to BFMTV, the notion of a showdown between the head of Twitter and the head of Meta surfaced last June. What was initially a playful exchange of words gradually transformed into a legitimate MMA (mixed martial arts) battle project. Both individuals have already commenced their training sessions.
