According to Susan Benson, a traveler on the flight from Las Vegas to Montreal, the pilot issued a caution to the passengers that if they continued to express dissatisfaction, they might be added to a list of individuals restricted from flying.

She mentioned that the employees made an attempt to conceal a rather unpleasant odor by using fragrance and coffee grounds.

According to Air Canada, the passengers evidently did not receive the expected level of care that they should have been provided with.

"We were initially unaware of the issue," Ms. Benson shared on her Facebook page regarding the flight towards the end of the previous month.

It seems that during the previous flight, an individual had experienced nausea and vomited. The flight attendant expressed sincere apologies and clarified that all the seats on the flight were occupied.

According to her account, the employees allegedly "put coffee grounds in the seat pocket and released a pleasant scent." However, she claimed that the seat and seatbelt remained damp, and there were still noticeable remnants of vomit.

According to Ms. Benson, the pilot exited the cockpit following a lengthy exchange.

The passengers were informed that they had two options: either leave the plane and arrange their own flights at their own expense, or they would be accompanied off by security and added to a list preventing them from flying.

They were subsequently accompanied out by security personnel.

According to Ms. Benson, the dispute caused her to feel a deep sense of embarrassment towards her nationality and the airline, Air Canada.

Air Canada expressed their commitment to thoroughly examine this significant issue and highlighted that there was a deviation from the proper execution of operating procedures on this particular occasion.
