Argo Blockchain Executive Pay Resolution Rejected by Shareholders

Arlo Blockchain announced on Monday that its motion regarding executive compensation did not succeed at its yearly general assembly.

The cryptocurrency miner, which is listed on the stock exchange in London, stated that the majority of its shareholders, amounting to 51.45%, voted against the approval of the report regarding the directors' compensation. On the other hand, 48.55% of the shareholders voted in favor of the report.

The business announced its intention to communicate and involve shareholders in order to gain a deeper understanding of the factors that led to the vote.

The decision to reelect Matthew Shaw as a director received a low level of support from shareholders, with 77.30% of votes in favor.
