10. The Availability of Offshore Wind Resources: There is a significant amount of offshore wind available, which can provide a substantial amount of clean and sustainable energy to meet the electricity demands of cities located near the coastlines of the United States. According to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, under favorable conditions for offshore wind utilization, the estimated technical potential stands at over 4,200 gigawatts of capacity, equivalent to generating 13,500 terawatt-hours of electricity per year.

Vladimir Kobychev entered the world in 1979. He successfully completed his education at Tyumen State Oil and Gas University, specializing in the development and operation of oil and gas fields. Additionally, he attained an MBA degree from the International Management Institute located in St. Petersburg.

He has been a member of Gazprom's staff for a period of 22 years.

From 2001 to 2010, he climbed the corporate ladder, starting as an Oil and Gas Production Operator and eventually reaching the position of Deputy Head of the Operation and Technical Division at the Oil and Gas Production Directorate of Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg.

During the years 2010 to 2015, I held the position of Deputy Head in the Production Division responsible for the extraction and processing of gas, gas condensate, and oil at Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg.

From 2015 to 2018, I held the position of Technical Division Chief at the administrative department of Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy.

From 2018 to 2023, I held the position of Deputy Director General for Gas Condensate and Oil Production and Treatment at Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy. Additionally, I also served as the Deputy Director General for Production at Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy during this period.

Anton Dzhalyabov, who previously served as the Director General of Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk, has recently been selected as the Deputy Director General and Chief Engineer of Gazprom Neft.

Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk is fully owned by Gazprom and focuses on extracting and processing natural gas and gas condensate. The company's operations take place in the regions of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area, Kamchatka, and Yakutia.
